The program that you have acquired is intended solely for YOUR individual use and purpose. It is strictly prohibited to duplicate and/or distribute this program in digital, online, print, or any other format to any individual, group, entity, organization, and/or agency. Any evidence of this program or any similar content being shared within an organization, group, or with other individuals, regardless of employment, affiliation, or ownership, will be deemed as a breach of contract and considered illegal.
Engaging in such unauthorized distribution may lead to legal liabilities and possible prosecution under the laws of the nation where the breach occurred. Any individual, organization, or group found responsible for such violations will be held accountable, even if the action was unintentional.
By distributing the program or its content, the offending party will be deemed to have distributed the program enterprise-wide, both domestically and globally. Consequently, they will be liable to pay for an Enterprise License for each of their parent company employees globally.
The price per person for the Enterprise License will be non-negotiable and determined by First Lead Self LLC at the time the wrongful act was committed or discovered. The parent organization or group will be required to compensate First Lead Self LLC within 15 calendar days of receiving the invoice to avoid additional charges and penalties. Furthermore, the violating party will be responsible for covering all associated legal fees and expenses should the matter result in litigation.
Please be advised that First Lead Self LLC reserves the right to refuse selling its program(s) and/or product(s) to any individual, group, business, or other entity. Additionally, First Lead Self LLC retains the right to utilize user feedback for marketing purposes.
